Copán
Ruins is a small tourist town at 2100 ft. elevation.
Not in the humid "banana belt". The Indians live on
$200/month. For visitors, $1500/month (USD) is more
realistic, depending on your ability and desires.

Local motorized rickshaws
provide taxi service around town. Bus service also

An English-speaking
doctor is on call in the town of Copán. Pharmacies can
fill most any prescription at astonishingly low prices.

of three-dayers, people from around the world to converse
with. An amazing amount of basic English is understood
in Honduras, we also have English-speaking Hondurans on the
management team. |
